I totally just ate a piece of chicken on a lent Friday =( I didn't even think about it. I ate tuna for lunch. I was hungry and hubbie wasn't home yet for dinner (fish, mac and cheese) I opened the frig looking for a snack and ate a chicken thigh from last night. Didn't even hit me until 20 minutes late when Trev called to say he was on his way home. *face palm*

I am not really sure what lent day is but you shouldn't worry to much because you still have everything in perspective and one thing isn't gonna hurt your progress.

Ty Sherrie. Lent is the time between Ash Wednesday and Easter Sunday in the Catholic Church. You aren't suppose to eat meat ther then fish on Friday's during Lent (you're also suppose to eat less in general but it would be ill advised for me to cut calories farther then I have). Just a whoops thing that made me feel silly cause I'd just been thinking about it, you know?

No worries. I believe thinking about it and wishing it hadn't happened shows how devout you are and that you are true to your faith. Keep at it! Enjoy your weight loss journey!
