Grumble, grumble...I hate slow weight loss...especially when I am trying so hard. I am still hoping to be down to 195 by Sun (my weigh in day). I have already worked out 5 days this week and plan on jogging 5 miles tomorrow (it is going to be 65 degrees...woohoo). I've tried to stay around my 1500 cal mark this week...I've done much better...went a bit over last night, but not to horrible. I just need to see some movement on the scale...I already went 7 days without any loss...I don't want to make it 14. And trust me it isn't from lack of watching what I eat or exercise.

On a side note...I was looking up crockpot mac and cheese recipes tonight...there was one from Paula Dean...it makes 4 servings and EACH serving is almost 900 cals and about 60 grams of fat...OMG...that would be about all I could eat for the day...just 1 serving of mac and cheese...lol.

Well wish me luck on my weigh in on Sun...

Also if anyone knows anything about the 17 day diet I would love to hear about it...I saw it on the Drs this morning and am interested in metabolic confusion. Would love to hear any personal experiences.
