Weight UP again this morning. Trying to reset my metabolism, but it doesn't seem to be cooperating. Still drinking my water, but only getting up ONCE during the night, instead of 2-4x a night when I was fasting. Had a can of Diet Coke this morning with some cashews and almonds. 20 days completed. MIGHT have another can after all the refrigerator/freezer drama is over. They're supposed to be here to install/ remove within the next 3 hours. After that, I might go to the store to get some more stuff to put in it. My daughter graciously offered for me to do my grocery shopping on her EBT card, because she has a big excess from the previous stimulus increases to "food stamps" or whatever they're called these days. Might have to go tomorrow, though - have to see how wiped out I am after transferring all the food from old fridge/freezer to the new one.

try cutting your calories for a few days docs got me on an 1800 cal a day and that is working for me. learning my portion control and havent gone to bed hungry yet
