Weigh in day today. The scale stayed the same. No gain so I won't complain seeing I haven't been following my alooted food intake very well. Think I may be putting on alittle muscle and am badly constipated right now. Have tried everything to get regular but is not happening since I got sent to the pain clinic. I wouldn't be moving at all if it wasn't for the meds so am grateful I found a way to deal with that. Not sure how long my insurance will cover that and will be right back where I started if I get cut off. So, for now I plan to get on trying to get back on track.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it! You know, if you are constipated that could definitely explain the lack of weight loss too. Many of my meds have that side effect, I periodically have to take a laxative to get things moving along.

Yep, will take laxitive tonight and see if that does anything this time. Did do well on calorie count today, only went over by 19, whoo hoo!!! Thanks guys!!! You are so awesome!!! :)
