Screwed up lastnight after having going to an event with friends. Drank alittle more vodka than had planned which made me go over my cal. allotment. Haven't had any alcohol in over probably 6mos. so think I got it out of my system for awhile again. Needed to blow off some steam, I'm thinking. The winter has been so long this year and have been going stir crazy in the house. Was gonna weigh in today but think I will wait until tomorrow incase it's not good so I don't get too discouraged. Will try to get back on the ball tomorrow.

Yep, definitely avoid the alcohol best you can... BUT... a little indulgence once in a while won't kill the diet. Just eat well today! Maybe walk a bit extra too, that is how I often counter the extra calories and it usually works (once I am in the rhythm of working out anyway, which I feel I am finally getting back to!)

Just keep moving forward. You are doing wonderful, we all go over occasionally.

Wow... took me all day yesterday to recover from the shots of vodka. Will refrain from that for quite awhile lolol... about once every 6 months I need to let loose alittle and blow off some steam even though I ALWAYS end up regreting it... Oh well, life's a B****!!! :) Hope everyone has a good weekend!!!
