I have just started going to the gym. I've been going for 30 days now. I go about 4-5 days a week although I am going to start going 5-6 days a week. For those people that go to the gym how long did it take to start loosing weight and inches. I've only lost 3 pounds, but my clothes seem to feel the same. Thanks for you help.

It depends on a number of factors. Are you doing cardio and strength training. Strength training will help you lose inches and change your body. Cardio helps you burn calories and lose fat. Every person is different and how we lose fat can depend on genetics, food we eat, intensity of exercise, et. It can also take months to build actual muscle, so just keep eatining healthy and exercising. You are doing great.
