Just felt tired and crappy. Didn't stick to my diet or excercise plan today. Hopefully will feel better in the morning and will jump back on board. Feels discouraging today but as I always say, don't stop, just remember tomorrow is another day.

B-12 is a miracle for me when I feel the low energy that can accompany weight loss.

B-12 huh? I shall put that down on my list so I remember to pick some up, Thanks alot, today is Saturday ad everybody is still sleeping so I'm trying to stay awake until workout time. As long as I get yesterday's plan in today I will be happy. These incouraging words do help!!! Thanks again!!! :)
