I am on day 5 of detox. I am scheduled to weigh in next Wednesday morning. I have not cheated once until today. My soup had potato in it. I feel if that is my only cheat I am doing good. I am a little nervous for the weekend. I have a lot going on including a childrens birthday party. My goal is not to eat any cake. If you have known me for any length of time you know I LOVE CAKE! I want to stick to this 4 week challenge. I have got to get back down to a more comfortable weight for me. During my yoga session today I was a little light headed. I am wondering if I am getting enough to eat. I wasn't hungry. I just felt dizzy. Thankfully I didn't pass out. My objective for this weekend is to be prepared, take my own food. I will be glad when I can have some coffee. I can't seem to focus and get anything done without it.. ADDICTED!
