Went out to eat last night. I ate rather well. salad w/ very little balsamic vinagrette. oops also a little bit of cheese. I traded the bacon for egg whites and didn't eat the croutons. YEA! My intention is to call ahead and find out what they are eating at the B-Day Party. this way I will know either to eat before I go or take something with me.
