Ok...lost 3.5 lbs. in 3 days and now 2 days of nothing...hummm...I think I'm going back to the 'weigh once a week' deal. I kicked butt yesterday too...oh well...at least I didn't cheat :) Have a good day... And I KNOW I can do this and keep this off :)
