Ok...lost 3.5 lbs. in 3 days and now 2 days of nothing...hummm...I think I'm going back to the 'weigh once a week' deal. I kicked butt yesterday too...oh well...at least I didn't cheat :)

And I KNOW I can do this and keep this off :)

A bit hard to follow along the diet when there are birthday goodies to be had :)
Did very well and will power is strong!!

Starting over with a new outlook :) This is my WI from Thursday...today I weigh 151 today :) I'm following that 17 day diet...anyone else??? I like it and it's VERY do-able. Close to WW and Atkins combined in a way...but not...LOL!
I wanna use this site for my food intake...etc. I'd like to see what others on this diet eat/do..
