That's a lot of weight lost in three days. Please try to be careful you aren't losing too quickly.❤️ I know this challenge is important to you, but your health is the most important thing of all.

If you're doing an extended fast, I pray you're doing well and enjoying the process. I know it feels good just seeing the drop in lbs! Day 3 is usually the worst, so you should be past that now, if you're indeed fasting. I also pray it isn't due to a medical problem or family problem, and that everything is going well. Blessings!
