Question, How often do you weigh your self? everyday-every other day- once a week.

when i was losing once a week now in maintenance never.i have known some to do it everyday that would make me crazy

i typically do it once a month! i find day to day and even week to week there is too much fluctuation based on what i ate or drank the day before. after a whole month my body is pretty stable in a new weight!

I weigh everyday and average out weekly. I know that may not work for some, but it helps me to stay on top of things and adjust if needed. Also, the fluctuations don't bother me, because I focus on weekly and evrn monthly averages.

I weigh twice a week. If I do everyday, I obsess. My nutritionist would like it if I did it less.

Every day. I use weekly averages to track my progress so more weigh-ins are better for accuracy + training myself not to get emotional about meaningless daily changes.

Interesting question Mr. Dunn, Clearly we all have our own preferences. Mine is to weigh everyday first thing after I wake up and log it. I try not to let the ups and downs bother me but by doing it every morning I feel like I’ve got my finger on the pulse of how it’s going for me, and my progress or lack of never gets away from me. I’m completely aware on a daily basis. Sure there are weekly and monthly trends, but I like going over those trends with the daily data logged. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. 😎 Each to his or her own right?🤷🏻‍♂️ Wishing you all the success you desire in the coming months. Good luck!🍀🍀🍀

I weigh myself a few times each week. I go by a monthly ave to see how I’m doing.
