I am doing every two weeks. Or at least that's my plan. I should just be trying on a pair of jeans that are currently too small. See how much better they fit every two weeks.

once a week... if I lose more than 3 lbs in a week I know I'm losing a substantial amount of muscle with that.... the key is too lose fat and keep muscle so your resting metabolic rate increases and that's how you keep the weight off imo

I have been doing every day since I started keto in January. For me it helps motivate me to see daily results. But now I’ve been at a stand still for over a week and getting frustrated, so weighing every other day now.

every day. if im up a little it reminds me to drink water and keep going. if I'm down I mentally lock it in, celebrate a little, and keep trying to lose.

Every day. You get a better average that way, since weight can fluctuate quite a bit day to day. Also, important to weight at the same time everyday.

It all depends, are you more interested in weigh loss or how your body looks and when you put on your clothes? What I mean by that is for myself if I weighed myself everyday I’d be disappointed if I was looking at just pure weight loss. Though for myself I may be only looking to lose between 12 to 15 as someone who was heavily into sports growing up when you’re combining weights during this process you have to remember there will be a gain and loss as your body burns the fat it starts to retain muscle. This last month it looks like I’ve only lost 3 pounds but I’ve recently had to buy smaller clothes because I’ve lost inches in my waist as I’m starting to build the muscle and strength in my body. So again everyday you may feel like nothing is happening. I’d say stick to once a week.

First thing every morning before I eat or drink anything. It motivates me.

Thanks everyone comments. I weigh everyday in the morning. One peer said you should only weigh once a week. I like to know daily. Being open an honest I might not log my weight days I gain.

I weigh once per week first thing in the morning on the same day every week. I dont like getting caught up in the daily fluctuations due to a variety of circumstances. If I'm not satisfied with my weight loss that week I look back to see what was different for the week then adjust

I quit doing daily weigh ins also because of fluctuations. Too discouraging!!

once a week, and it really helps me not to be stressed and see progress. I regret I used to do it daily.

I weigh every other day. I'm not obsessed but I do want to catch any gains as they happen so I can make corrections faster.
