Well weighed in and I was back down to 197 lbs....so I haven't gained or lost any weight this week...which is weird since I've stayed on my diet track and exercised at least 4 days this week. Like I said yesterday it must be because my body is still screwed up from the protein diet and is storing everything it can. Hopefully I will have a loss next week...I knew the weight loss was going to slow down...but it is disheartening to see it stop :(
