I nerded out and made a compilation of measurements dating back to pre-pregnancy of the two new babies 2019 to current and then I set my first goal for myself for postpartum.

I think while pregnant don’t worry about the scale. Just eat healthy and enjoy the experience. Xo

Thank you free time, you seem thoughtful and sweet. Part of my self-care during my pregnancy is watching my weight gain and keeping on top of my goals. It actually helps me in the process of enjoying my pregnancy that much more. It’s my fourth time, and it will be the only second time I don’t have nearly 100 pounds to lose.

KayB - having been the pregnant woman who gained massive weight and then struggled to take it off - didn't- had a second child but watched my intake much more closely I can honestly say that the best is to eat well with intention. After the baby is born you will attend to any extra weight then however no point in packing it on like there is no tomorrow! Congratulations!
