I was diagnosed with PMDD a couple years ago - it's a doozy. I completely understand where you're coming from. I do not like the PMDD version of me, I do not know who that girl is or what right she thinks she has to be so cruel to the rest of me. You're not alone in this, for sure. Take that win, and all my support as well. ❤️

I still had to teach Aerobics/Step & Aqua Aerobics & assist members with free-weights & machine training, & answer phone & counter help & right up contracts and take payments....& do my own work out, shower, and go home when I was working at Fitness Clubs. No matter what day of the month it was. I thank God I don't have to deal with what I had to deal w/when I was younger. I feel much better now at this age. Now, if I could only get back that body. lol (*_-)
