I felt this week was better than the last. BUT I need to keep working on my snacking issue. All of these calories add up. Recording everything does make me aware. I'll keep trying.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
