Woke at 229.1, up 2.0 from yesterday. There was no explanation for the water retention except for perhaps a small bag of pork rinds late yesterday (at least I bought a box of single servings). I ate 1780 calories yesterday with good macros, so I'll just ride it out. UPDATE: Moved a lot of water today and down to 226.8 by 5 pm.
