Lazy Sunday, have spent most of the day reading. Cold and damp outside. My leg muscles are still vibrating from increasing reps and weight yesterday, I think. Will give them until Tuesday to do strength training. Will do cardio on Monday maybe some abs on my ball. Glad I bought the cookbooks at the thrift shop, lots of recipes that fit the way I eat that sound really good. Yummy dinner trying something new as usual.

Great choice! heheh :) Yeah you really have to have some rest in between exercise days. the only exercise I can do every day is indoor cycling and that's at a very light speed and intensity, otherwise my muscles would not like it too ;)
