revelations: eat less at night, more throughout the day. i don't ever really eat breakfast, then i end up eating 3 dinners, which can't be good. less diet coke, i don't want cancer. or kidney disease, both run in my family. exercise more. doing like 20 crunches just isn't going to cut it.
