Day 24. Today was such an amazing day! It started with an early morning brisk walk along the fishing pier. Upon my return home, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee with my Aunt and her identical twin sister, Margaret. The day continued with a fulfilling trip to the Farmer's Market, followed by lunch at a charming locally owned pizzeria. The culminating event was another walk at sunset along the fishing pier. The entire day was so simple, yet so joyful. It's good to be with family. Looking forward to the final week in February. I crunched some numbers to see what I needed to do to get back on track with my food and exercise averages. It will be a challenging week, but the new month starts Saturday, so the end is in sight. Still shooting to lose a total of 8 lbs by my 41st birthday in late March. I'll give it my best shot. Ciao!
