The saga continues. We spent $4.99 on an iphone app that allowed us to use the web cam as motion detector and video recorder. We got a text at 3.30am saying motion was detected. Checked the camera and yep, there was someone in my office! My heart stopped. Turned out to be a cleaning crew member who usually does not have access to our office but since the break-in the adjoining office door does not lock. He knows he does not have permission to be in my offce-just went in because door was not locked and he was nosy. Had no idea what was going on, so ended up calling 911 and spending next 3 hrs at the office talking to the nicest police officer I have ever met-not that I've met that many! I told him that the so-called security door to the stair well could be opened with a credit card and he told me-"I know, that's how I got up to your office". This morning, I came down hard-really hard on building management and now there are steel plates over the stairwell doors-making them hard to jimmy-some progress at least. Waiting for a locksmith to see about un-pickable locks and a steel security door to replace the adjoining office door. Spent lunch looking at new office space. Argh.. So tired-I look ten years older too!
Eating is in control though-have that to report. Weight is up though-stressed induced corticol-steroid loop thing-gets me every time. I just have to do the best I can to to the best I can-thank you buddies!
