I was so happy to see another sunny day after all of the bad weather. I finished making plans to continue my journey. Started with getting my thought back in order lol. And decided to try the keto plan to see if it helps in anyway. Here I go....Yes I'll keep moving.

Some tips on Keto: Make Ketoade for energy & replenish electrolytes. I add No Salt and Mio drink mix andjust so I'm not drinking salty water. I haven't looked into magnesium yet but that's something that I see people talking about a lot. You need more water than your standard 8 cups a day because the water that you'll normally get from fruits and veggies are going to be decreased because of carbs. Look up fat bomb recipes to get your fat intake up, lots of dessert recipes out there, I like more savory options though.

Thanks Eidetiker We were blessed in many ways through that storm. It just didn't help my way of thinking lol. And yeah I better get moving, went shopping for some recipes that I wanted to try. I lost pretty much a whole day. away from home. One other thing. What goes into this ketoade. Mio? is what? Last thing. are you on keto? or is this something your just follow sometimes. Or what.

I'm glad you made it through, sometimes you just have to get through it the best you can, even if your way of thinking is impacted. Ketoade is to replace your electrolytes, mainly sodium, potassium and magnesium, but I never ventured into magnesium. When you first get on to Keto your body releases water quickly, electrolytes goes with it, which is why weight drops quickly. Some people experience Keto flu which are flu like symptoms and there are 3 common explanations for that: Body Adjusting to Keto, Carb withdrawl, and electrolyte imbalance. Ketoade will help with electrolytes. Most commonly people use Lite salt which is a combination of sodium and potassium, I use No Salt which is just potassium because I eat lots of sodium rich foods already (bacon). Think of it as Gatorade/Powerade but for Keto, the reason why you don't want to drink the Zero sugar versions of those is because from what I can tell they don't offer enough potassium it's mostly sodium. Mio is a no/low calorie brand of drink mix that I use to make Ketoade more palatable because I don't want to drink just salty water. I'll see if I can send you a picture directly of what it looks like. You don't have to have it, I've read lots of people just add lemon/lime juice and sweetener if desired. I put 1/4 tsp of No Salt in 4 cups of water plus 3-4 squirts of Mio. HOWEVER, taking too much sodium and potassium all at once will also throw your electrolytes off which can be dangerous as well. It is recommended to sip Ketoade throughout the day. I followed strict Keto back in 2015-16 didn't experience Keto flu. I restarted earlier this year but got lax on my carbs & tracking so it shows. Also had a lot of fatigue and headaches this time around. The formatting on here is awful so I hope that wasn't too much.

Thank you Eidetiker. You broke it down just great. Well sadly for me. I ordered a 28 day plan. and have not been able to assess it. The first time I was able to go in and get around learning how to use the app. Then it wouldn't let me back in, Then it just disappeared. Could not and still haven't heard from the company to even try to straighten it all out. Then I found out there are so many people complaining about the same thing. (SMH) so I never got a chance to start the Keto. I was making sure I was focusing on making sure I was eating the foods that I could eat. And I had to go on line to find things and put things together, Everyone want to you to buy things. I'm tired. So I will have to go with what I'm doing. I see a slow drop so I'm thinking I'm going in a good place. Thank you so much for sharing with me what you have. I won't give up on me. Take care.
