The holidays and their orgy of sugar and non-workout time have finally come to an end, with my trip to Kansas City for a band function. SO, back on the wagon! I am hitting the gym tonight for the first night of at least 4 in a row. I'm teaching drums on Saturday, so that should be a good bit of movement, possibly preceded or followed by gym time. Then back in the gym Sunday to keep it going. I really want to make a good go of it, with my new calorie setups, to see what happens.
