Morningstar sausage with egg sandwich on light english muffin, little light cheese 5 pts
Morningstar sausage with egg over hashbrown potatoes in no oil 5 pts
1 cup hashbrown potatoes with no oil, tiny bit of light butter 1 pt
1 egg over hashbrowns 3 pts
1 carnation instant breakfast shake, 2x protein, no sugar added 2 pts
1 light English muffin (1 pt) with little peanut butter and jelly 3 pts
1 deviled egg made with light mayo and instant breakfast shake 5 pts
Cinnamon raisin English muffin with 1 tsp light butter 2-3 pts
Fresh berries added to any breakfast 1 pt
2 slices bacon (to add to above ideas) 2 pts

2 slices light potato bread with 1 tsp light butter to add with soup 1 pt
Grilled salmon (2 pts per piece) with veggies, pinapple, ½ cup rice and soy sauce 5 pts
Low Carb or light pita bread (1 pt) with turkey, ham or roast beef and veggies 2-3 pts
Lean Cusine or Smart Ones frozen meals 4-6 pts
Vegetarian Chili- 1 cup: 1 can each of: black beans, dark kidney beans, petite diced tomatoes 3 pts Add chili seasoning and simmmer together. Top with little light cheese/ sour cream.
Pita Pizza- light pita with pizza sauce, spinach, mushrooms, red onion, light mozerella 2 pts
Boca burger on light hamburger bun 3 pts
Smoked salmon on bread- take WW bagel or pumpernickel bread, spread light cream 4-5 pts? cheese, Smoked salmon, red onion, cucumber and fresh herbs if desired on top
Tuna salad made with light miracle whip, on or in lettuce with diced tomato 3 pts.
Chicken salad with light miracle whip, pineapple and tarragon on lettuce 2-3 pts

Pasta salad- with small amt. noodles, 4 pts? tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives & light zesty Italian dressing (0 pt dressing)

1 cup hashbrowns in little light butter, add garlic powder and minced onion 1 pt
Taffy Apple Salad- 3 lg. apples diced, 1 packet FF/SF butterscotch pudding, ff cool whip 1-2 pts?
1% cottage cheese, ½ cup and peaches 2 pts
Roasted veggies- asparagus, red potatoes, red onion in little olive oil, cook 450 for 20 min 1 pt.
Fried potatoes- one medium potato sauteed in red onion and little light butter 3 pts
Cream of Asparagus Soup- sauteed minced onion with 1 tsp light butter, add Tbsp flour, 1 pt Blend 2 cans of asparagus pieces in blender, add to mix. Add 4 cups chicken broth, simmer until thickened.
Black Bean Soup- see FS kitchen for recipe 1 pt
Sauteed mushrooms and red onion in tsp of light butter 0 pts
Taco salad- brown lean ground beef, mix with taco seasoning, put on top of lettuce, 5 pts ? Light cheese, light sour cream, tomatoes and salsa on side
Sweet potato- add little brown sugar, pecans and marshmallows to top if desired 3-4 pts?
Acorn squash-add little light butter and brown sugar 2 pts?
