I've been incognito for the last couple weeks. School has been really busy and I wasn't eating the best. BUT For the last week I've had a gym trial and I love it! My boyfriend and I have been using a buddy system and we have been making time for the gym...usually at 5am. Yuck. But it gets the job done! Yesterday we made the membership official. Its really good little gym and I like working out there. Ive been setting aside 30 minutes of cardio and then 30-45 minutes of weightlifting to tone some flabby muscles. I've been in moderate stages of soreness for a week lol. It feels good though. I was going to take a break from the gym today so I could go to the math lab at school but they close the college for the entire weekend! Oops. I really didn't want to go because I hadn't been there alone before but I grit my teeth and went and it was absolutely fine! My goal is to go 5 days a week. Bring it!
