Weight still up a tad this morning. No BM for the past couple of days, and that's probably the reason. Going to eat TWO Atkins bars today, in hopes that it will get me moving. Discouraging to be doing all the right things and not see the scale going down. I'm probably just too impatient. Back into "optimal" ketosis this morning (since the cereal was early in the day yesterday). Well, better get something done before the little guy wakes up. I prayed to have an hour alone to myself before he awoke, and God has graciously answered that prayer! Only one more minute before my prayer runs out, though, LOL.

If doing keto might try MCT oil. Started using recently & it’s helping with that a lot. I got the rapid fire from Walmart online. 🍀

I have digestive issues too. I don't weigh when backed up for the same reason. I start my morning with psyllium husks mixed in plain yogurt with live bacterial cultures and fresh fruit, which seems to help. plus water and coffee on the side, of course! What binds me the most seems to be bready products which are, of course, my favourites. So I have to have them only on certain days.
