I took a bike ride past Senator Wash Reservoir to Squaw Lake yesterday afternoon. Later I had another great blood pressure reading!

2) Here's Squaw Lake. Those palm trees are California Fan Palms (Washingtonia filifera).

3) Thanks for all the tips you guys gave me to lower my blood pressure. They're really working, and I'm so thankful.
