didnt work out other then pilates/stretching in phys therapy past 2 days and last night we ate chinese food for dinner =/ kinda bummed out cause i even gained a pound. going to the gym this morning before i take my 4 yr old to dance class. its so hard because i feel like none of my friends or husband really support what im trying to do. They are constantly inviting me out for drinks, dinners, or ordering fast food. I mean I know its all about will power and I've done pretty good, but why do they keep asking me when they know my answer is "no im not drinking!" :sigh: We were invited to a dinner at a friends house tonight too... I'm not really looking forward to it to be honest!
171.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
