Last night went out to a friends house for dinner and drinks, ended up partying till 2am! I did try and limit my drinks, but still had about 5 alcoholic drinks and 2 diet sodas. Today I didnt eat much cause I slept in till 12pm then went to the pool till about 3:30, made dinner and then worked out.
170.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
