Trying to get back in the swing of things and finish losing the 15 pounds I put on while my daughter was here. After surgery, I have had so much less energy. Only went hiking a couple times last summer instead of a couple times a month. I did not make it to all my Bachata and Salsa classes either. Combine the two - less exercise and eating much more in sweets and more carbs with Amanda and her cooking, and I gained. I also moved which also interrupted my routine and tired me out, and it took longer for me to heal. I usually heal ahead of schedule, but not this time. I have to move again around May and plan on trying to work a second job. But, I hope that I can keep up my energy. Losing this weight is already a challenge and these other things will make it even more difficult. I will need to keep my focus on staying on track. Due to finances, I had to end my gym membership, so cannot go anywhere to workout or even walk outside of the garage at work while it is still winter with so much ice on the sidewalks. Looking for alternatives, but one son says I should not go to Planet Fitness which has memberships at $10 per month. The guy at work is $15 a month but means having to drive to work to use it on weekends/ Holidays/telework days. After losing two pounds the past couple weeks a large box of candy was given to me and everyone else in Sunday school for Valentine's Day. I think I will take that to work for my co-workers. Now to see if I can find the nutritional information on my lunch - The Red, White, and Blue salad at Red Robin.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
