So, for the week, I ended up gaining a pound. I hope I remember this lesson well, and don't repeat my folly. I thought that when I went off Keto, I just wouldn't lose as fast. Never thought that I would GAIN immediately on Low Calorie diet. Hopefully, the rest of the gained weight will be gone tomorrow morning and I can start making PROGRESS again.

Discovered a "new" way to eat my bacon and eggs: smash up two hard-boiled eggs, crumble in 2 slices of crisp bacon and add 1 Tbsp. of mayonnaise and stir. Very satisfying, and doesn't make me feel so much like I'm eating JUST bacon & eggs yet again.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
