Weigh in is tomorrow. Really hope I lose at least a pound. Lately my weight has been at a stand still. I did a 2 hour cardio workout today so hopefully that does something *fingers crossed*

Hang in there. <3 Due to our hormones, we ladyfolk can plateau for no good reason, but you'll see progress if you keep it up. :) And yay cardio! I still have to get past 17 minutes on my cardio, so you're doing great. ^_^

Lol thank you so much. OMG you said the "P" word! Lol I try to miss it by changing up what I do every few days. My poor body lol I put it through so much. Not gonna lie, I kind of like the soreness in the morning makes me think I'm going it right 😊

Plateaus are a normal and expected part of weight loss. Just persevere in what you are doing and the weight will continue to come off.
