Had my usual breakfast today....starting out good... brought turkey bacon instead of pork...far less calories... not bad, reminded me of ham, which is good for a change. I feel very positive.... I weighted myself this morning to see if I lost that extra pound from the other day. I did and back on track. It is getting easy following my calories per day. Keep up the Good Work!
