I normally eat albacore tuna but these go on sale pretty regularly and I use them for a last minute protein boost if I see myself running a little short. When my sister was in/out of the hospital this year I kept a bunch in my car so I would always have something to tide me over till I could find a decent meal someplace. I don’t really care much for fast foods but because of Covid I ate more than I ever want to have to again.
