Thx moops, GJ, Petra❣️It's amazing how well lentils & beans pair with fish. 🐟 Never ate that combo until a few years ago at a restaurant. Illuminating! Last night's white beans were super easy to blend with a few ingredients to create the puree for those who don't like leftovers. Puree is create with tortilla chips too. 😋
