I think I need to drink more water. Weight is falling off because I am not drinking enough. I think that is just water weight I am losing right now. So i'm gonna up my drinks per meal. I'm thinking 16 oz per meal, one bottle should be good. Losing weight is such a battle. I think food is an addicition for me. It's like trying to quit smoking. It's hard, and you have to just keep trying. Too busy for weight watchers right at this point in time. But January 24th is the big day. My life should be free and clear by then. I'm excited. This year is another try year, and one of these try years will be a succeed year, whether it is this year or the next :).
