I'm up two pounds and have stayed on plan. Actually, only up one pound. Weighed again.

Cindy, time to play detective a little...go back to the first week of entries and look at what you were eating...then look at this last week of entries. There is at least ONE major difference that I see right off the bat...

What is that Paula? I do hope that it is water weight Bren. I'm willing to change. Just point me in the right direction, please! Today we are supposed to eat out with Cliff's side of the family. I'm about to eat a late breakfast. Choices? hmmm
