I am ready to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have followed the SBD strictly for 10 days...today is day 11! I lost (on Monday) 5.5 lbs. I got on the scale today and gained .4 lbs. I haven't done anything off of the charts except one time I ate 25 almonds when I was only supposed to eat 15. I am not so confident that any more weight is going to come off before I switch to Phase 2. Help!!
Anyone have any advice?
I am pent up and ready to start my period and I figure I am very very PERIMENOPAUSAL. So not to use that as an excuse but....

take the weigt loss...at your size and with the amount that you have to lose it might be more about the way the clothes fit and the amount of exercise than the actual pounds that drop off...i will go for months literally with no change in weight but drop a size in clothes or lose some of the wiggly jigglies...

I agree with veggies. And also, if your cycle is right around the corner, you could be retaining water even though you are losing fat. Hang in there, and maybe once your cycle is over, you will see a drop on the scale.

I can gain 5-7 pounds around that time of the month. Plus, daily ups and downs is normal for our bodies. Our weight can change hourly depending on what we eat, sodium, stress, hormones, exercise, etc. That is why it is best to weigh-in once a week at the same time, with the same clothes and the same scale. Otherwise, just remember the scale will go up and down and try not to let it bother you too much. If you are doing everything right, it will eventually show on the scale or in your clothes.

I say wait until the full 14 days and see. I had weight come off in clumps. Stay true and if in the next two days you do not have a drop, we'll take it from there. I'll take a peek at your food diary too.
