This is day 6 and I am feeling great. Since I have dieting I have not had a soda (diet), sweets, potatoes,rice and anything else that I know that will make me expand. I took my before pic today, but I don't know if I want to post it. Maybe. I got on my bycicle for 15 minutes which is a start. I'm so excited about weighing in Saturday morning.
