This is day 4 of my journey. I feel good up to this point and I am proud of myself up until this point. Hopefully I can keep myself motivated. When I diet I start out good but I become bored with my food choices, exercise, and just fall off the wagon. Right now I am watching the biggest loser and I hope it will give me some motivation. I have not had a soda (diet) since the my first day and I am drinking just water for now. Maybe next week I will add my diet soda maybe twice a week. I still havent taken my befor pic yet. I dont know what the hold is but I will attempt to take it by the end of the week and maybe I will post it.
