Weigh in was exactly the same. The diet went FUBAR yesterday...had some of the children over & the house went nutzo!!! Have a safe & healthy day.

222.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
