Tried to be good today. I actually skipped breakfast and didn't mean to. I was just really busy. Had my yogurt for lunch. Had a HUGE dinner. I ate salad (no dressing)--and a lot of it (maybe 3 cups, or less). Hubby cooked me some whiting fillets (they are really small, but so good!) and some mushrooms. Having my glass of wine. I really wanted to start my exercise tonight, but remembered, that's impossible. I have to do some computer work soon (waiting for my daughter to go to bed). My ultimate goal for exercise is now this weekend. It's going on my "have to" calendar. LOL. I guess without the exercise, I shouldn't expect a change in the scale tomorrow.

I with you on the "have to" calendar because I admit I do not like to exercise but I know if I don't this weight I'm carrying around will take so much longer to leave me. I will also say that on skipping breakfast that can be a double edged sword. I've never been one who really wanted to eat in the morning because I think once I start I'm not gonna wanna stop. But if I get too hungry then I've messed up because I will eat more because it will be harder to satisfy my hunger. I just do my protein power shake for breakfast. Keeps my hunger at bay.
