I'm finding myself starting to struggle to stay on Atkins because it's hard to do on a really tight budget. I love the frozen meals and the Advantage snacks and would love to have an Advantage snack every day (Caramel Chocolate Peanut Nougat and Triple Chocolate are my favorites; I'm a choco-holic especially knowing I can do this guilt-free.), but it looks like for the rest of this week I'll have to sacrifice them. :(

Plus, I think my appetite is starting to disappear, making me feel like sometimes I'm having to force myself to eat. Because I telecommute for my nonprofit position I spend hours and sometimes all day in front of a computer, and at that point I can go hours without eating because food is the last thing on my mind. That was even before Atkins. Now it's like worse, and I'm trying my best to eat every so many hours as suggested on this diet. But, I hate that feeling of like I'm being forced to eat especially when I'm not hungry which is almost all day.

Anyway, Aunt Flo is leaving, so maybe I can stop retaining fluid and hopefully come down to my true weight. I wouldn't be surprised if I retained 2-3lbs of fluid thanks to her.

Enough of complaining... at least I'm happy with the fact that I have lost some weight so far, and that right now means more than anything else to me.
