Back at work this morning. Started off good yesterday going to the 6am spin class but was hungry all day & gave in. Then went out last night to watch World Junior semi-final. I was good & only had light beer BUT really have to watch the munchies afterwards. We are in the final for Wednesday. I must try so much harder if I go out to watch the game. I only brought an apple & orange to work for snacks so I cannot do too much damage until I get home. I need to strengthen my willpower. I know what I'm doing wrong & what to do... BUT struggling. How did I do this before?

Maybe including protein to your snacks would keep you full longer? then less tempted when you're back home. Going out can be very challenging, but I know you have the will power to say NO to the munchies. You did it before! You can do it again!

Thanks for your comment Sandra, it's always so pleasant to hear from you. It seems that you are off to a good start in the New Year and just need to make the decision that you *will* get this done. It's as simple as that, and I'm convinced that deep inside you know it. Come on you know that I am doing the same thing now so, let's do it together buddy! :-)

Hey you! happy new year to you! i hope that you had a great christmas and it feels great to be back on the ol horse. if you are feeling hungry make sure you get all your water in. I cannot wait to watch the Junior final, go canada go!
