18.5% body fat.
doesn't make any sense cause i feel like i should either be way heavier or have a way higher % body fat. we'll see what happens...
141.0 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well, you don't have much weight left to lose and you started at a lower weight. Those scales aren't always the most accurate way to get body fat (if that is what you are using). So it might be a close guestimate to your actual body fat.
