Not sure what else to do to boost my weight loss. I'm eating decent, staying under points, working out almost everyday, and still not seeing the results I had hoped for. I've only lost 9 lbs in the last 2.5 weeks. I was hoping for more. I done better on Atkins, but I don't think Atkins works for me long term.
Does anyone have any advice?

9 lbs in 2.5 weeks? That is wonderful! For healthy and long term weight loss, a lb a week is recommended. Look and think long term. You are doing fantastic! Don't get in a hurry. With the lifestyle changes you have made, it will come off. You are doing it the right way! Hang in there!

It's just difficult when you struggle every single day, fight cravings and eat stuff that you don't particularly want and not seem to reap the benefits as quick as you would like. I am weak today I guess.

You are not weak- you are human. We all have those hurry-up-and-get-this-junk-off-of-me-days. You will get there. Slow and steady wins the race! You are doing it the healthy way, so it is going to stay off longer. Your new habits will grow on you and help you to feel better and look better. Don't you deserve it? I know you do! Look at how far you've come in just 2.5 weeks! 9 lbs? Do you know how much that is? That is almost a 10 lb bag of potatoes! You can do this! Stick with it because it IS working for you!

9 lbs is great!! Think how upset you would be if you GAINED that much in 2.5wks...You go girl!...Atkins worked for me but I felt like crap the whole time. Weight watchers is the only plan that makes me feel "normal"...I could only eat meat, cheese, and bacon for so long (atkins). Hang in there.

You need to readjust your expectations. Nine pounds in two weeks is amazing. First, don't eat under your points. You should be eating your dailies, every day. They are the minimum you should be eating. You can not lose or even have a gain if you don't eat them. Also think about what happens to people who lose too fast. They get all that extra skin hanging off their body. If you lose slower and steady, you give your skin more of a chance to go back to the way it was. Losing weight isn't a sprint but a marathon. Those who lose very fast, tend to put it back on just as fast. You are doing amazing. I lose 2 pounds a month if I am lucky and I jump up and down for a half a pound in a week. Just keeping eating healthy and exercising. You will be at goal before you know it. Patience and persistence is what will get you to goal.
