You aren't eating enough!! You only ate 700 calories yesterday. Your body is going into starvation mode and conserving all the calories you are eating. You really don't need to be going below 1200 a day and really should be eating closer to 1500. If you are exercising a lot then you need to add more calories to ensure you are getting enough energy. If you are a male then you can get closer to 1800 -2000, a female should be 1500 -1800, depending on the amount of exercise you are doing. This will stop the headaches unless you just quit caffiene in the last 3 days (caffiene withdrawal usually lasts 3 days and has splitting headaches that nothing you take helps). Contrary to logic, you need to eat!! when you work out... just make sure you are getting the right kind of foods. Lots of protien and believe it or not you do need some complex carbs, as certain organs in your body need those to function. There are lots of books out there on this subject. Please don't jeapordize your health like this... it will not only discourage you, but can harm you as well. Try talking to some of the trainers at the gym. They will probably recommend eating 5-6 small meals (every 2.5 to 3 hours)every day. Those meals will be anywhere from 200 to 350 calories each. The first week of eating small meals can be a little tough as you are training your body to realize that you will be keeping it fed, so it will be more willing to burn calories, rather than store them. The next weeks after that you will find that you almost have to force yourself to eat as you will stay full longer and will be tempted to skip a meal but don't.

Plus, you have lost two pounds in two days. That's incredible!! Make sure you eat all your daily points on WW every day. (.5-2 lbs a week) is the healthiest weight loss range. So you are doing fine. Keep realistic expectations! Not eating enough will give headaches. Make sure to follow the HG's for WW. Get in all your fruits, veggies, proteins, dairy, etc. This is all about getting healthy and getting off the diet train. Good luck!
