Steak & eggs diet starts today for the next few weeks. Meals 2x a day of 3/4 to 1 1/2 lbs of steak and 4-6 eggs. Ill keep posting my progress.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
